The room was practical and had a mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe. The location was prime and magnificent in the View restaurant and met requirements. Moreover, it's really close to the mall next door and the city attractions and cafes and restaurants.

The hotel in El Alamein was luxurious and quite close to the city attractions. The staff was genuinely helpful and well-trained. The service was excellent, the pool was heated, and the food in the restaurant was savory and good.

Recently stayed at Rixos Premium Alamein for a wonderful week-long honeymoon. the staff, especially Minna, Saeed, Essam, Saad, and Ibrahim. the hotel's child-friendly atmosphere was a great plus. the panoramic suite offered breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and was impeccably clean. Special mention to the dedicated guest relations team for their exceptional service and attentiveness.

This hotel is a luxurious place that provided exclusive amenities for a delightful stay. The service was remarkable, and the Spa & wellness centre was impressive with the best massage ever. The outdoor swimming pool with a magnificent view and comfortable sun loungers was a perfect place to relax. Furthermore, the restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus and an in-room breakfast that were so convenient.

The location of this hotel was superb; however, the sauna temperature was too high.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on the beach is perfect, and the hotel facilities such as the spa, gym, and pools are excellent. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning and the helpfulness of the staff.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we were grateful for the complementary towels and water bottles we received upon arrival. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby amenities and tourist attractions. we enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.

Our stay was dampened by several negative factors. The gym was not operational and there was a lack of alternative fitness facilities on offer.

The location here was perfect and convenient, within walking distance to everything we wanted to visit, including the El Alamein War Museum just 20 minutes away.
